Greetings, soul family. I'm Kerrie Ann, an Energy Mentor, Teacher, and guide devoted to helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and spiritual truth. Through my work, I offer sacred tools and holistic teachings to support your healing, awakening, and empowerment.
With a background in Analytical Holistic Hypnotherapy, and qualifications as a Reiki Master, Crystal Healing Practitioner, QRIT and Soul Energetics Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Past Life Regression Healer, my offerings are rooted in both professional experience and deep spiritual calling.

I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life, especially when you've experienced trauma, scarcity, heartbreak, or loss. That’s why I share free meditations, breathwork, and grounding tools to support your mental health and spiritual well-being. These offerings are here to remind you that you are not alone and healing is possible.
My Journey
My own path has been full of challenges, from childhood trauma to toxic relationships, heartbreak, financial struggle, and even homelessness to living in a hotel and my car boot being my fridge through the winter months. I’ve experienced the pain of starting over again and again, feeling broken in every way. But even in those darkest moments, Spirit guided me forward.
Since my spiritual awakening in 2017, after separating from the father of my children and living with the daily pain of endometriosis, depression, I began a journey of deep self-discovery. Healing is not a straight line, it’s a process of returning to yourself layer by layer. And even now, I continue to tend lovingly to my inner child and teen.
A Vision for Families and Future Generations
Alongside my healing work, I serve as a Teaching Assistant and am currently training to become a Forest School Leader. My dream is to help families disconnect from devices and reconnect through meditation, energy healing, breathwork, sound therapy, and nature-based learning. I believe this is how we begin to break generational cycles and create new ways of being together.
Sacred Roots & Soulful Collaborations
I have been honoured to co-create and co-host Sacred Roots, a beautiful gathering for women focused on connection, breathwork, meditation, and nature immersion. Moving forward, Daniella from Soul Fix Healing and Haley will be taking over the Sacred Roots events, and tickets will be available on Daniella’s Soul Fix website once it's live.
I will continue to co-host from time to time, supporting these sacred spaces where women can gather, heal, and rise together in sisterhood.

Hello, I'm Kerrie Ann, a fun-loving, compassionate, and empathetic single mother of two wonderful children a 13 year-old son and an almost 9 year-old daughter. Since becoming a mother, I've embarked on a transformative journey to heal my own wounds and break the cycle of generational trauma, ensuring a brighter future for my children.
My Journey
I've faced and overcome significant challenges, emerging stronger and more passionate about life. Nature adventures with my children, such as waterfall hunting, beach trips, exploring stone circles, and discovering beautiful new places, have been integral to our healing and bonding.
Connection with Mother Gaia
Mother Gaia has been a constant presence, guiding and assisting in my healing process. I discovered her incredible healing properties when my children were very young, and her grounding energies have been instrumental in calming and nurturing them.
Creative and Spiritual Growth
My creative passions include making, painting, drawing, and singing light language. My love for all things spiritual has not only grown but also influenced my children, who often surprise me with their spiritual insights.
Passion for Healing
I adore colours, patterns, crystals, and flowers, all of which inspire my work. My true passion lies in helping other mothers release their traumas, feel lighter, and truly start to enjoy life. I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where healing can flourish.
